New Orders have started! I still have some older orders in line which get priority but new orders have started. As a reminder I am keeping a close eye on the total number of radios in the shop and will temporarily discontinue new orders if the backlog begins to grow. A very big THANK YOU to all of my patient customers for their patience!

Guaranteed Turn Around Time- Turn around time has been a problem for a long time. Quality Work = Too many orders and not enough time. Because I have learned some valuable lessons with the last overdue batch of orders, I will be monitoring the backlog and will stop taking new orders any time the backlog achieves 70 units in line. This will help keep the amount of radios to a easily managed level. I will be keeping the turn around time target LIMIT as 12 weeks. This will ensure enough time to complete even complex orders. If there is any reason the 12 weeks limit can not be achieved, you will be notified when your radio is received and options will be discussed.

Radios will be done in order- This seems to always be an issue no matter what timing I quote, someone will push to get their radio back sooner. While your radio MAY be completed sooner, please expect the radio to take the full 12 weeks and plan your cruising/ car show schedule accordingly. I will not entertain customer demands/ threats/ or polite asking their radio to be pushed up in line- PERIOD! Customers pushing in line has caused major issues in the past and it will not be allowed. Sorry folks, this is how it has to be.

Order Forms- The latest order form is available now in the "contact" page. Be sure to completely fill out the order form and send it with your radio.

Shipping Insurance- This is a reminder! Going forward shipping insurance will be selected at the maximum "No Charge" amount by the carrier. If you want additional insurance there will be a spot on the order form to write the amount you need and the cost will be added to your order. The reason for this is damaged shipment claims, if accepted by the shipping service, require the package to be confiscated! Typically I work with customers with damaged shipments so the insurance is wasted cost.
