Ending new orders and Warranty Info
December 07, 2024
*No New Orders- Date Pending for new orders
That didn't take long! I am getting backed up again and I am no longer taking new orders starting immediately. If you emailed about sending your radio in and were told to send it, please send it in by the end of December. If you are not able to send the radio by end of December please contact me to discuss options.
But what about my radio?? No need to worry! All radios in the shop and in transit will be completed. Warranty issues will continue to be supported as normal!
When will you start taking new orders again? Currently its looking like Late April 2025 but that is a rough estimate. NO! I WILL NOT TAKE YOUR RADIO IN TO "Get in Line"!!!!
Are you closing the shop? Absolutely Not! I often have to stop taking new orders to clear up the current backlog and that is what is happening now. During this time I will be finishing orders and responding to emails
Important Warranty Info!
I have been getting a lot of emails about warranty issues, connection questions and general support so I think it is important add these points:
Having an issue with your radio or have a question? Please feel free to email me at any time- I am happy to provide support to make sure you get the most out of your new radio.
Radio Not Working? Getting your radio back and finding it doesnt work correctly is frustrating. Please contact me and we can go over some checks/tests. If that doesnt solve the issue and the radio needs to come back for review, warranty radios get first spot on the bench and are often returned in the same week. 99% of warranty issues are caused by connection issues, speaker issues or shipping damage.
But I had my radio installed by a professional! I understand you may have had your radio installed by a local restoration or audio shop, but this shouldnt rule out connection issues. I am happy to provide support to the shop to verify the radio before having it sent back.
I stand behind my work! I perform the most in depth testing of my completed radios of any shop in this business. That being true, radios can still fail- shipping damage, failed parts and any number of one-of-a-kind things can happen to the radio which cause issues. This is why I provide a warranty. Now I understand it can be frustrating to have issues with your radio, but this is no reason to be rude or threatening. Simply email me to inform what issue you are having and we can discuss things to check and if needed, how to return the radio for repair. Warranty radios get first spot in the bench and are usually shipped back out within the week.
